Most thing I liked is the stuff and the the location.
I didn't like that there were many bars in hotels and around it, becuase at night it used to be noisy.
Clean, good interiors, nice bar and professional staff. The Hotel is close to some good restaurants, though it takes 15-20 minutes walk to reach the city centre (1st Circle - Rainbow Street). Our room was comfortable, decent size, with a good screen flat tv and a very nice bathroom with a very large shower (not tub).
Breakfast is fine but do not expect a large choice.
The hotel was nice but rather basic. Thehotel was a short taxi ride to shopping and the business district. An excellent breakfast was included in the room rate and the staff were all extrememly helpful and knowlegable about the nearby sites.
they were so helpful & quick to respond to my e-mail
I thought they said the transportation from the airport was included, but we had to pay. It was a modest price, & they man exceptionally nice, but this was a bit of a dissapointment. Also the internet connection in the room was too weak to use.
Helpful staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Nice al fresco bar and dining.
Location not very central.
Good location and price. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Depending on where your room is there is a bit of noise from the restaurant below, but reception is good about quieting them down if you ask.
In a quiet area of Amman yet is not too far from the city centre for visiting sites such as the Citadel and the Roman Amphitheatre.
The resteraunt was closed due to renovations taking place.
The hotel is small, in a quiet location but still in the middle of things. The bouitique, garden atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful.
Ok location, good restaurant with various type of foods. Close to trendy bars and restaurants of Amman, included the restaurants of the Le Royale hotel.
We could have stayed less in Amman as the city can be visited in 1 day really. It's better to move on towards the dead-sea and Petra
The staff was great and overall service was good
Thanks for the wake up call and the breakfast sandwiches at 5 in the morning. Perfect.
The tv in the restaurant was distracting. Everything else was lovely. We had a great stay.
Meeting me at one of Amman circles.
Only minus - poor breakfast
Very comfortable, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. An excellent restaurant (the Levant) only 200 yards walk.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I can mention many positive items. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, at 9 am. First they offered us a complimentary breakfast and then they gave us our room at 10 am. The breakfast buffet was very good. There were many choices. Omelettes and pancakes were made on request. The in-house restaurant was very good. There are two Oriental restaurants next door (Chinese and Japanese), they seemed to be popular with the locals, and with good reason. The room was nice and comfortable. Hisham is a small hotel, but it is a great place.
I can mention three negative items. (1). There is no swimming pool. (2) If you have a rental car, you should know that the parking facilities are a bit difficult, but the hotel has a valet parking service which will help you find a place for your car. (3) The location is good, but the hotel is a bit difficult to find. It is in a residential area near circle 3. Some taxi drivers had problems finding the place, even though we showed them a card with the address written in Arabic. In my opinion, these negative points are not important.
Good location reasonable price for city hotel. car park free.
No hair dryer in room!!!
